We supply the bulbs, the clips and the cord. We cut every run to fit your roofline. Then we set the whole thing on a dusk timer. You do not buy anything at a store.

We come back in January and take it all down. Your set is labelled for your address and kept in climate-controlled storage until next October. Your garage stays empty.

Bulbs drop into a slim aluminum channel. The channel tucks under the shingles or along the fascia, and the wiring hides inside it. The result reads as one crisp built-in line. In daylight you barely see it.
Individual pucks sit in a row under the eaves. The wiring runs on the surface, not inside a channel. You get the same color changing control for less money, and a quicker install. Up close you can see the row.
The permanent lines we install are rated by their makers for the outdoors. Holidynamics lists its track as UL-listed with an IP67 water rating. Bright Home lists an IP68 track. Govee rates its pucks at IP67. Those are the maker's ratings on the parts. They are not a claim about our work.
Permanent lighting is a one-time job, quoted per house like everything else. Ask for it by name on the form. We will price both track and puck so you can see the gap.

If you have a single-story ranch, a gutter you can reach off a step ladder, and you enjoy doing it, go do it. You will save real money and it will look fine.
