Text 515-585-9079. Tell him which side of the house and roughly where. A photo taken at night helps a lot, because a dark gap is easy to see once the rest is lit.
You text Tate. It is fixed within 48 hours. You pay nothing extra, because that promise is already inside the price you paid in October.
Want a real ballpark for your roofline first?

Tate swaps the bulb, re-seats the clip, or re-runs the section. He is the one who put it up, so he already knows how your roofline was cut.
Maintenance runs the whole season and it is in the one price. You are not billed for a bulb, a clip or the trip.
We use commercial-grade C9 bulbs and pro-grade clips, not retail strings. They are brighter and they hold up better. They are still sitting outside in an Iowa winter.
Ice loads a gutter. Wind twists a run. A clip works loose in a freeze and thaw. A bulb fails, the way bulbs do. None of that is unusual and none of it is a reason to leave your house half dark for two weeks.
The season is short. That is the real reason the promise is 48 hours and not "sometime soon".

Electrical work. We do not do it. The install runs from the exterior outlets your house already has. If the outlet itself is dead, that is an electrician's job and Tate will say so rather than touch it.
Weather that beats the clock. If an ice storm hits on a Tuesday and there are four houses in the queue, the 48 hours is when he gets to you, not the minute you send the text. He will tell you the day.
You text Tate and tell him what you can see from the driveway. He comes back and fixes it within 48 hours. There is no extra charge, because season-long maintenance is part of the one price you already paid.
No. One price covers the measurement, the install, maintenance for the whole season, takedown in January and storage of your set until the next season. A bulb change in December is already paid for.
It covers the lighting we installed. It does not cover damage caused by a third party, by you, or by changes you make to the installation. It also does not include electrical work. The lights run from the exterior outlets your home already has.
Do I have to store all this in my garage?
No. Your set comes down in January, gets labeled for your address and goes into climate-controlled storage.
How late can I book and still be lit before Thanksgiving?
Installs start in mid-October, and the weather is the reason.
How do the lights attach to my roof and gutters?
The exact method, and the things we will not tell you about a house nobody has seen.
Roofline length, peaks, stories and access. What the number is built from.
Tate pulls satellite imagery of your roofline, measures the run, and texts you back a real ballpark. Usually the same day. No appointment, and nobody comes to your house for this part.
